Sanitary information for the foreign participants:
The sanitary situation in France is improving. Still you need a sanitary pass to enter France, and to enter the Hilton Hotel.
Of course you can present a pass if you are vaccinated (double vaccination dating more than 15 days)
BUT
you also can obtain the pass if you had a PCR test or a antigenic (saliva) test, which is a lighter test . Both are valid 72 hours. If necessary, you can have an antigenic test in Strasbourg itself; in a pharmacy close to the Hilton hotel.
For exemple : you have a first PCR or a antigenic test in your country say on Wednesday November 10 or Thursday 11. It is valid until Saturday 13 or Sunday 14. If necessary you can have a new antigenic test in Strasbourg on the Friday 12 which renews the duration of your pass for 72 hours.
Despite the general uncertainty generated by Covid, you have no risk to register. If you were to cancel your conference registration and your hotel reservation for reason of impossilility to comply with French Covid regulations, you can cancel without penalty and we will reimburse you your advanced payment.
